How do I receive my meal plan?

Your custom plan will be delivered via email within 3–5 business days after your intake form is completed. Be sure to enter a valid email address at checkout!

What’s included in a personalized meal plan?

Each plan includes:

  • Daily meals tailored to your dietary needs

  • Calorie and macronutrient breakdown

  • A complete grocery list

  • Ingredient substitutions (vegan, gluten-free, etc.)

  • Optional freezer-friendly tips and prep guidance

What happens during a virtual consultation?

During your 45–60 minute Zoom or Phone session, we’ll explore your nutrition goals, current habits, challenges, and preferences. You’ll receive education, practical guidance, and optional follow-up tips based on your lifestyle.

What’s your turnaround time?

  • 7-Day Meal Plans: 3–4 business days

  • Educational Nutritional Consultation Summary: Within 24–48 hours after the session

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the custom nature of my services, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you have concerns about your plan, please reach out — I’m here to help you get the most from your experience.

What if I entered the wrong email?

Please contact me ASAP with your correct email so I can resend your plan or form. Delays may occur if the wrong contact info is provided at checkout.
